Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) and obtain a return authorization number.

Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipments. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
